چکیده

Abstract Gold mining land has a low level of soil fertility. One the to increase fertility is addition micro-compost and biochar. Mycotrichocompost contains organic material enriched with microbes in form mycorrhizal fungi Trichoderma therefore compounds can bind metal content. Biochar together matter productivity as well retention availability nutrients for plants. The purpose this study was obtain dose composition mycotrichocompost biochar binding lead Pb content ex-gold mine corn planting. This research carried out from June September 2022. used randomized group design which consisted 2 treatments, treatment (0 tons ha −1 , 5 10 ) 4 8 12 ). observed variables were content, plant height, leaf length, number leaves, area index, chlorophyll results showed that an effect on concentration, However, there no relation between height Leaf Area Index. concludes best combination A3B2, length A3B2.

A Comparison of Corn (Zea mays L.) Residue and Its Biochar on Soil C and Plant Growth

In order to properly determine the value of charring crop residues, the C use efficiency and effects on crop performance of biochar needs to be compared to the un-charred crop residues. In this study we compared the addition of corn stalks to soil, with equivalent additions of charred (300 °C and 500 °C) corn residues. Two experiments were conducted: a long term laboratory mineralization, and a...

Corn Silage (Zea mays L.) Response to Zinc Foliar Spray Concentration When Grown on Sandy Soil

The objective of this study is to identify an adequate zinc (Zn) foliar spray concentration which corrects Zn deficiency without disrupting other plant mineral contents, enhances plant growth, and thereby corn silage yield when grown on sandy soil. A field experiment was conducted using five Zn foliar spray concentrations (w/v): 0.03%, 0.07%, 0.10%, 0.14% and 0.18%. Zn sulfate (ZnSO4. 7H2O) was...
